Not always. We first look at using what you already have. Replacement is considered when limitations and maintenance costs justify it.
What if a tool has no API?
We assess supported alternatives such as file imports and exports. If reliable integration is not possible, we explain that limitation before proposing a solution.
Who holds the code and manages hosting?
The proposal specifies code delivery, access, third-party dependencies and hosting responsibilities. Recurring costs and maintenance are made explicit.
